Ghana Reflection
Originally from Ghana, this couple consistently chose art and furniture accessories from or reflective of their native country, sharing their cultural heritage with guests in their home.
The powder room’s fixtures and finishes are reminiscent of their Ghana: water running from an open spout (faucet), rich red mud (counter top), rough-hewn wood floors (porcelain plank floor tile), drum-shaped vanity base, large loop earrings (hand towel holders).
In one small room, guests gain insight into their hosts’ personal history through thoughtful design.
